Office Policy on Deposit for New Patient Appointments
In order to provide you with the best professional service & experience, we require a $200 deposit to secure & hold your appointment with our doctors. This has become necessary due to new patients no showing for their appointments.Your deposit will be refunded only if you cancel with at least 48 hour notice, otherwise it will be applied to the total fee of your next visit.
